The Grand Social House & Tavern is a modern Italian corner tavern rooted in community, craft, and connection. As we prepare to open our doors, we’re assembling a team that understands hospitality as both a skill and a mindset—warm, attentive, confident, and thoughtful.

Confident behind the bar, skilled with classic and modern cocktails, attentive to guests, and comfortable managing a lively, high-energy service.

BARTENDERS

SERVERS

Professional, polished, and guest-focused, with strong menu knowledge, timing awareness, and the ability to guide the dining experience from start to finish.

Warm, welcoming, organized, and composed—able to set the tone for the guest experience while managing flow, waitlists, and first impressions.

SUPPORT

Efficient, detail-oriented team players who understand the rhythm of service and help keep everything running smoothly.

DISH

Reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in cleanliness, organization, and supporting the heart of the kitchen.
