At The Grand, our goal is to create a relaxing experience where you can settle in and truly enjoy your time. To help you plan your perfect evening, we are now accepting reservations!
If you are unable to secure a reservation, we highly encourage you to join our online waitlist. We intentionally offer a mix of seating—some tables are reservable, while others are held specifically for waitlist guests.
Waitlist Details:
Join the Queue: You can add yourself to the online waitlist before or upon arrival (the feature activates only once we are on a wait).
Seating: Tables are offered as they become available, so specific seating times for the waitlist cannot be guaranteed.
Whether you’re joining us for dinner, drinks at the bar, or an evening in the OneTen Club Lounge, we look forward to welcoming you and sharing many Grand evenings together.
LINGER A LITTLE LONGER
At The Grand, we’ve designed our spaces to offer more than just dinner—we're bringing back the tradition of a true night out. Let your evening unfold naturally across our three distinct areas, each offering its own unique energy:
Sports Bar & Tavern: Kick off your night with craft cocktails, beer, and wine in a lively atmosphere. Prefer to stay put? You can enjoy our full dinner menu without ever leaving your seat at the bar.
The Dining Room: Transition into a warm, elevated setting centered around exceptional food and great conversation.
OneTen Club Lounge: Head upstairs for post-dinner drinks and relaxed conversation in a refined, social atmosphere overlooking the floor below.
The Historic Front Porch: Steeped in history, this wonderful outdoor seating area sits right at the center of downtown Wauconda. When the building was first constructed, guests could sit here and watch horse and carriages pass by; today, it’s the perfect open-air spot to relax, dine, and take in the charm of the town.
Room 1848: Make your evening truly special by reserving our most sought-after area, this exclusive table has quickly become a guest favorite, offering a perfect, elevated view of the lively bar below while keeping your group in the center of the action.
Room 1848 can host up to 8 guests for a 2-hour seating. Please note that a $300 table minimum applies to this premier space. Please click here to make a reservation.
At The Grand, we believe your night out should feel like a full, memorable evening from start to finish. We're making going out Grand again.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:
To help keep service running smoothly for everyone, we kindly ask that your entire party be present before we seat your table. If members of your group are significantly delayed, we may need to seat the next party on the waitlist, and your group will remain next in line for the following available table.
Our online waitlist becomes available once a wait has been started in the restaurant. During peak times, we recommend checking the waitlist page frequently so you can add your name as soon as it becomes available. Joining the online waitlist helps us manage guest flow more smoothly and can reduce your time waiting once you arrive.
all wait times are estimates and not guarantees
parties of six or more may experience longer wait times

Yes — our historic home at 110 S. Main Street comes with more than just nearly two centuries of history. It’s also said to be the forever home of “Tabitha,” a woman of the night from the Victorian era whose presence has been felt (and occasionally seen) by staff and guests alike.
Over the years, many have reported flickering lights, mysterious late-night music, and even glimpses of Tabitha herself. While her visits may send a chill down your spine, she’s known to be entirely harmless—more of a curious observer than a troublemaker.
To celebrate her legacy, every Halloween The Grand hosts a five-course pairing dinner inspired by Tabitha’s life, blending our love for fine dining with the captivating ghost stories that make this building truly one-of-a-kind.
